Oops an error occurred TYPO3CMS

Trying to transfer the licence of my Traktor Z2 HW and I get this bizarre error screen that is like a broken link. Transfer requests for my other products work fine. Very frustrating as I am unable to sell product until this is resolved and NI has not responded to my support request for 10 days !

    Jeremy what on earth are you talking about? That is NOT the answer your colleagues replied with. The answer they replied to me via email was this:


    Thank you for requesting a license transfer for your NI product!

     Due to technical reasons the following has been manually removed from your account, so no Transfer ID was generated:

     TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2 MK2 for TKZ2

     Simply forward this info to the person who is receiving the serials from you and ask them to use Native Access to register, download and activate their software:

     Detailed instructions regarding the proper use of Native Access is provided in the link below:

    Sounds as a problem where maybe @Jeremy_NI could maybe help ? (@ JWatt , wait for Jeremy , he will know that he has been tagged so please just wait or wait for support whatever comes first !)

    @JWatt My colleagues replied on September 25th, pleasre check inbox/spam/filters,etc....

    Here is their answer:

    "The serial number is locked and disabled. The reason that it was disabled because we were informed that this was a dealer return by the dealer.

    If you like we can remove it from your account but it will remain locked and disabled."

    @JWatt Yes, weird, you had several tickets in, and the one i posted was one of them and I must admit the answer is wrong. Anyway good to know this is soved now.

    @Jeremy_NI this is still an issue. I just discovered that the Traktor Kontrol Z2 HW is still registered in my account ! The traktor scratch pro 2 mk2 is for the software which is what I believe has been removed from my account. I have someone wanting to buy this tomorrow so this is the second time a sale is being prevented because of NI's incredible slow support !

    No. I have sold the mixer and now the new owner has a new problem ! When they enter the serial number (yes I've looked it is correct) it says "The serial you tried to register has been locked".

    Wow. Native Instruments. The gift that keeps giving. Seriously wondering whether I move on from Native Instruments permanently.

    I've replied to the open ticket but no response as of yet 🤪
