iOS 14? That’s the OS for iPhones, and at the moment NI doesn’t have any software on it.

They only have Traktor DJ and Traktor DJ2 for iPads (iPadOS) and they work respectively on iPadOS 8.2 or newer and iPadOS 11.0 or newer.

If you mean macOS 14 Sonoma (as I suspect), I would wait to update…

About M2, the only product having issues seem to be Absynth (not working) and Traktor DJ2 (compatible only via Rosetta 2). You can have a look here:

Thank you for your response. Yes, thank you for the correction, guess I should have waited for the fog to clear on a Sunday morning.

Perhaps I can take an MBA and downgrade the OS and have it work. I don't have a workaround for the M2 issue though.

Again, thank you very much for your detailed reply and pointing me in the right direction...

I haven't had any issues since upgrading to macOS 14 Sonoma. But obviously not everyone has the same hardware or software installed. It might be different for somebody else.

I upgraded because to me it seemed the upgrade did not include anything that would impact music making. Also I don't make music for a living so a possible compatibility issue is nothing more than a temporary annoyance.

If you want to be 100% guaranteed, you can always wait of course.

    You’re welcome.

Take also the suggestions by Ed M. He has direct experience with Sonoma, so his words matter more than mine (and also than the statements by NI, which must be cautious)
