Komplete Audio 6 MK1, output level very low

Hello,

I have a Komplete Audio 6 MK1, and the problem is when I plug my guitar on the input 2, the output level very low.

For example, for the same gain value when I plug on the input 1, the level is 3 or 4 time lower.

Is-it normal or my KA6 has a problem ?🤔

My CP is under Windows 10 and up to date

have you set both to instr. with the button, maybe that button has an issue. Is it the same with a microphone connected of course with xlr?

@ Uwe303: Yes, the problem is the same when I connect a microphone to the XLR input 2

Also yes for the instr. sw, I have tried both positions ...

I have the exact problem and took a while to narrow it down to the Komplete Audio 6.

I guess you both use the asio driver? If you use core audio maybe check the control panel if the inputs are turned down there, as far as I know as a not Mac user this can be an issue.
