X1 Mrk 3 tractor activation issue

Just bought the X1 mrk 3 and activated via Native Access by "+Add Serial" have downloaded Traktor Pro 3 this shows up in my NI account. it says demo in native access and when I click on traktor pro it says activation is invalied. How is this possible, what to do now?
