If i use the faders on Traktor Control S3 while Cruise Mode, it changes wildly songs. Why? Also the loudness of the songs in the playlists goes wild from track to track. Why that?

in cruise mode both faders are connected, as you already noticed, and also play is connected to them, if one fader goes up the corresponding track starts. You can enable auto gain, button next to gain knobs, it works well.
Also, make sure you have the songs analysed first or autogain won't work
