I recently upgraded from KOMLETE 13 to 14 Standard. KONTAKT 6

I recently upgraded from KOMLETE 13 to 14 Standard.I have KONTAKT 6 full version and was led to believe that with the purchase of KOMPLETE 14 that I would get KONTAKT 7. When I open up a new internment track in PROTOOLS Ultimate, KONTAKT 6 comes up Not 7. Only KONTAKT 7 /Player. When I go to NA 2 KONTAKT 7 is not there. Please advise. I already spent 199 for the upgrade fro 13 to 14 and 99 for KONTAKT 7 Bundle. Thank you

Ok, so Kontakt 7 is not installed at all? Do you have Kontakt 7 Player installed ?

If yes and you want to make it switch to full, it's probably this Native Access issue: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access

If there is zero version of Kontakt 7 available in Native Access, then It could be that other Native Access issue: Products missing in Native Access

Once Kontakt 7, Player or not Player is installed, open it in standalone.

Make sure to give full disk access to Kontakt and ProTools: How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Is it now available in PT?

If it's still not working, we would need to know what version of ProTools Ultimate you are using...

@Steven Farella What's your operating system? What version of ProTools are you using? Have you tried to open Kontakt 7 in standalone? Does it work normally?

macOS Ventura 13.2.1 - Protools Ultimate. Also Wh I open up Native Access... KONTAKT 7 (NOT PLAYER) is not even there.

That didn't work. The version of PT Ultimate I have is 2023.6.0. Also are there SERIAL #s for KONTAKT 7 ?

Also do not have REAKTOR 7.... I appreciate your efforts to get this resolved.
