Native Access can't uninstall previous version!

Hi.

I have posted regarding this issue previously but to no avail. I am waiting for a reply to a submitted ticket but am a little frustrated. I have tried every suggestion, both from the NI help pages and any other sources I could find. I attempted to uninstall Kontakt factory Library from my PC via add/remove programs in Windows 10 64bit. I received a message that there was a problem, and that the item in question may have already been uninstalled!. This was definitely my first attempt to do this. I did find at this point that the Kontact Factory Library folder was still in C/users/public/documents, and after advice on the NI facebook page I deleted it, along with 2 other folders from regedit, then restarted my PC as advised. I also tried the registry uninstall tool but there were no entries for the Library for obvious reasons. On opening Native Access, sure enough, the Kontakt Factory Library was in the available section and ready to download. However the download failed with the message that Native Access could not locate and uninstall the previous version!!. It has now gone full circle, with the advice to use the registry tool, which now resolves nothing. This was all because I had purchased an external expansion drive to put all the big libraries on to free up space on drive C. It works fine, as I have uninstalled numerous other libraries and moved to the new drive, and they all work fine. It is just this one Library. I am assuming something remains on my PC that is causing this issue but I have no idea what to look for. I performed both SFC and DISM and it would appear that there are no Windows issues, as I am usually very careful. I apologise for the length of this post but wanted to make sure I left no details out. If anybody has any alternative suggestions I would be very grateful.

I was sent a link to a direct download for the Kontakt Factory Library, which worked fine. There was no other fix to my knowloedge.

@Royster64 I see in the ticket you submitted that the issue is now fixed. Was the article they sent of any help? Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows)

This problem occurs on 8/10 updates with Native Access. I am really disappointed and annoyed that we have to uninstall tons of GB and then download them again because the installer is ******.
