Hey all just got my Kontrol S4 and my serial number is invalid?

Anyone else have this issue? Just had my Kontrol S4 arrive today, I load up Native Access to enter my serial number so I can download Traktor Pro 3 and it comes up invalid. Every time. Do I need to wait a day or two for it to be in their system or something? I put in a support ticket already so hoping this gets solved soon.

Be sure that you typed it correctly, maybe make a photo and make it bigger, sometimes you can misread one digit or something. Otherwise you have to wait for native to answer.
