a weird problem... about Traktor pro 3.5.2 and kontrol s4 mk1

Hi everybody,

I have everything updated and restored all the settings many times but nothing has changed..

the problem is traktor kontrol s4 lights continuously blinking and not running properly...

the funny point is i can browse the tracks and load them into deck b and d.. but not to the deck a and c...

maybe some screenshots can help..

F1 works super good.. .

also device updater could not recognize s4 mk1... but Niusd audio recognizes and shows the firmware version..

is there anybody can help ?

Hi @FutureMind unfortunately S4 MK1 is not supported on Catalina so that might be the source of the issue here 😕

what are your system specs?

it was working well but i dont know what happened? it is so weird... the right side of kontroller is working but not the left side... kontroller lights are running like carnaval hahah

Sounds like maybe a hardware fault... Best to contact support!!!
