Where is Kontakt 7?

Hello together.

I bought the komplete collector's edition. I read that there is Kontakt 7 in this Edition included. With native access I could download Kontakt 6 but not the new one. I don't like the Kontakt 7 player I would like to have the original one. How can I download it?

Could be a known issue Native Access is having now.

But I miss the Kontakt Player 7 - I have the normal. And have to much BUGS.

I run it on Windows 10 - DAW ( StudioOne6)

thank you again. But I miss the Kontakt player in my Library I bought.

@giandavid It's a bit confusing. You say you have Kontakt 7 Player and you want the full version, then the solution is the one @LostInFoundation suggested: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access

Are you able to open Kontakt 7 or Kontakt 7 Player in standalone? Is it only missing in your DAW? Please note that Kontakt 7 is VST3 only so make sure to enable VST3s in your DAW.

So…if I understand you correctly…in Native Access you see only Kontakt 6 Full and Kontakt 7 Player.

So, the problem could be only that NA wrongly sees the registration of your full Kontakt 7

OR

in Native Access you see Kontakt 7 full that came with your Komplete but you don’t like it (too buggy) and want to install Kontakt 7 player (which, once you own the full version, is not shown anymore)

Could you be a little more direct and tell exactly what you want to install? Kontakt 6 player, Kontakt 6 full, Kontakt 7 player or Kontakt 7 full?
