iPad pro used with traktor scratch pro?

Hello-

I have been using MacBook pro running TSP for years. MacBook starting to fail. I was wondering if anyone is or has used a new iPad pro to replace the laptop. It appears there is a adaptor that will add the normal USB plug, allowing me to use my external mixer and CDJs.

Am I correct in assuming this will work?

any advice would help next purchase, thanks y'all
