why is Native Access not working right or able to download

The Full version of Reactor and Kontakt 7 are missing in Native Access and when I try to use them in Maschine it's in demo mode. I uninstalled Reactor but I cannot download it in Native Access. I had some products that I did not update and Now Native Access says I don't need any updates. No response from Native Instruments in 4 hours

Hey @Jonz You are probably experiencing this current Native Access bug: Only Kontakt 7 Player / Reaktor 6 Player shows up in Native Access

It's the Native Access XLM file in the NI Service center folder. You delete Native Access XLM file inside the folder and then restart your computer. Go to C drive, program files, common files, Native Instruments, Service Center.
