Problems on M1 Pro and windows 11 freezing both decks or closing the Traktor application

I have a problem. since I bought my m1 pro and updated to the latest version 
of traktor 3.9, I experienced in concert that my traktor 
application closes or deck A freezes while deck B also stops
has anyone encountered these problems?
I specify that I also draw a laptop with Windows 11 and
 I encountered the same problems with the last update 3.9.

I am sorry to hear about the hassle! In order to run an in-depth investigation, I will create a ticket with our Tech Support for you. It will contain links to a support tool which collects crucial data from the affected systems, error documentation and crashlogs.
