Arpeggiator switching between different sequence modes on S88 MK2

Hi guys,

I hope you're all keeping well. I have an S88 Mk2 for about 3 years now. During this time ive used the designated Ableton Instrument Rack to run the Kontrol plugin in Ableton.

Lately, when i turn the arpeggiator on it starts to switch through different sequences on its own. For anyone not familiar with the arpeggiator menu on the Kontrol, it has the option of 8 different sequences. When you select one of the sequences it should play that sequence unless you choose otherwise.

Has anyone encountered the Kontrol S series behaving this way? Maybe even another macro grew a mind of its own? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

maybe you altered the rack somehow, i would re download it and replace the older one, then try again, this should of course not happen. Does it do it even if you´re on the keyboard on a different menu?

Could maybe some strange midi signals sent back to the keyboard, can you post a screehshot of your midi settings in Ableton?
