Guitar Rig 5 "Service Center Not Found" Error

Hi everyone,

My music computer fried recently and I've had to buy a new macbook, reinstall everything, and im attempting to piece my ableton project files back together...unfortunately Im running into a weird issue with Guitar Rig 5.

I've installed Native Access, input all my keys for Komplete 11. But when I open Guitar Rig 5 in the DAW Im only able to get the Demo Version. I've tried to activate it but I get this error message:

"Service Center cannot be found. Please run the product installer again to install Service Center"

Ive tried several times now to reinstall Native Access (which I assume is the new name for "Service Center"), but perhaps im doing this wrong.

I've attached screen shots for reference.

Any suggestions?
