The N.I. team seems to be getting real sociable on the YouTube channel lately. Speculation time!

It's becoming apparent (to me, at least) that something new is coming soon. I'm also seeing a lot of 🤐 and 🤫 in replies by them, but this one has been the most obvious response. The MK3 also received a $70 price drop at Sweetwater recently.

I've also seen a response somewhere in the forums here about a software beta test coming up for Maschine+.

Is Maschine 3.0 on the horizon? Is a release of MK4 and Kontrol MK3 imminent? Time will tell as always, but I wouldn't think that we would be seeing responses from the company like this if it wasn't the case.

I know nothing, though. Just a long-time user and forum lurker...

New hw will be a keyboard similar to mpc key 61. Meh…. It will be interesting to see what new software upgrades there will be for this new device. Maybe + users will get this software update.

    MK3 is definitely EOL. RIP

Maschine 3.0 lol….I’d rather spend my time wishing for Octatrack mk3.

    Never going to happen

Is that a good thing? Well, I choose to see it as a good thing. Cheers for the positivity.

More Maschine SW beta than M+ I think. It's feels like Maschine+ reach limit and nothing is really planned anymore for it.

What about the +? That seems EOL. No updates, no word of any updates, as usual plenty of sound packs. Bought my + day 1, love using it but disappointed that NI doesn’t show the same love back.

Wonder what it is. I would go with Akai at this point with any release.

    EDIT.

I don't want to jump the gun. Hoping to see something in terms of an update. Just wish the features from that recent poll were not for "future maschine products"...

Machine is not where the bubbling chat is pointing...

The huge S-Series Mk2 sales push all summer is more than a hint of what's brewing.

And it has to be said outright that the device still needs some work on both stability and content. What is strange is this lack of updates and activity regarding M+. It's kind of sad.

I just hope NI doesn't try to push new toys to the masses along with not paying attention to what really matters. If they do another controller it needs to have the footprint of the Maschine Studio, if there is another Maschine + it needs to be able to play Kontakt instruments. Particularly the Play Series and the Orchestral instruments...... And lastly standalone needs to sound good of course... some of us have been exposed to what sound should hit like ....... In other words no toys..... no gimmicks.... It seems all these companies are selling gimmicks instead of classics......

Let me stop, I know no one is listening... it's all about the dollar and not the customer.......

I noticed it too. I like this attitude of replying to comments, it's a bit of an odd place to announce such a big thing but at least it's communication and valuable info. If I was in the market for a new HW right now I would def wait.

New hardware sounds aight but I'd much rather get existing stuff up to date.. M+ Reaktor 6.5 and Kontakt 7 support are still not out. There is zero chance of investing into new hardware for me when my existing stuff is always waiting to catch up with NI's desktop software..

In other news, did you see someone released MI Braids for Korg drumlogue for free? Man, that spanking new logue SDK 2.0 has me GASing

Very good point. We can probably expect software updates with the arrival of new hardware

    The hype.

And I heard from reputable source that they have read all the user request from this forum and from the old one as well.

And quess what? All our dreams are going to be fullfilled. Finally I can finnish my hit songs.

After I have purchased the new product I’ll just enjoy my days of stardom.

Also, they have created new system. It is reverse subscribe system. They pay you. Monthly in beta, but also yearly after the release.

Also, the sale of S-series is a subtle hint that they don’t care about money, but us.

Summer of Sound, What a time to be a live.

Also, this post is a nod to the direction of request for transparent communication. Feeding the hype in yt comment section is just…
