Problem with my Kontrol x1 mk2

My kontrol x1 mk2 worked perfectly last month but yesterday, during a performance, the display showed two 0, I could only choose my decks with the left knob.
All my effects knobs work but not the buttons.
On the left side I can choose and validate the size of my loops but not on the right side.
My two play buttons don't work and Traktor doesn't even detect a midi signal (CTRL).
on the right side, almost all buttons do CUE.

I opened and cleaned the controller, nothing special.

I reinstalled the drivers etc.

what to do ?

Go to Preferences➔Controller Manager➔Device Dropdown Menu.

I may be wrong, but you probably have Two mappings for the X1MK2 in the list. Select one of them, then press Edit...➔Delete Mapping.
