Can't get past grant permission to install dependencies... seeking solutions

I can't open Native Access tried legacy 3.2.2 and Native Access 2, I can't get past the grant permissions to install dependencies message even though the setting does show that I have granted permissions? Please help

As I try to follow these instructions I noticed I do not have the following:

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon

So I cannot give this FULL DISK PERMISSION? How do I proceed?

Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > NTK > NTKDaemon

Once completed, click the lock icon again
