Serious hardware issues with Komplete audio 6 mk2

I bought this audio interface 3 weeks ago, and since then, i have a serious problem with FL studio. Whenever i change my buffer lenght, any playback action in the daw cause a crash. Plus, when i select my audio interface in ASIO4ALL, it crash as well. I don't know what to do

ASIO4ALL is not the driver for the Audio 6 mk2.

Therefore if you have troubles also with this, I presume the problem doesn’t reside in the audio interface.

Maybe FL studio?

I believe FL has a role in this. I picked ASIO4ALL after noticing that my DAW crashes every time i change buffer lenght while using Komplete audio 6 driver. but this problem only occurs with this audio interface. So my bet is a conflict between the interface's drivers and fl studio.

Yes, i tried with pro tools, no problem on this daw

When you change the buffer length, does it correspond between the audio interface and FL?

A conflict between 2 different settings could be the culprit of the crashes

well, i access my buffer window from FL studio, so i believe it's the same, do you know where i can check FL Studio Buffer settings ?

@lohsounds Have you installed NI's ASIO driver for the KA6 MK2? Installing the ASIO Driver for KOMPLETE AUDIO 1 / 2 / 6 MK2 (Windows)

Yes, first thing i did after purchasing, my DAW seems to have a problem with this audio interface's driver

@lohsounds If it works normally in ProTools but you only have crashes with FL Studio, are there different audio settings between the programs?

Some issues come up when multiple applications, including Windows system output is set to a different sample frequency. Can you make sure to set all up at the same sample frequency?

Maybe it's also worth checking FL Studio resources as well, community or support? Not trying to point the finger or put the problem on FL's side, just trying to help. If all of the above doesn't help and you still have crashes I'll create a ticket and forward it to our dedicated support agents.
