What do I have to keep in mind prior to reinstalling Windows?

All my NI.exe files are located on C-drive, which I must format. All my libraries are located on D- drive, so it's not a problem. What do i have to do in order to keep all my NI products ? Or in this case do I just need to install NI access and all NI products again? Thanks.

You'll be able to "locate" the Kontakt libraries that are already installed as explained here: Reinstalling a KOMPLETE Bundle Without Re-Downloading KONTAKT Libraries

Unfortunately this is not working for expansions, Battery Factory Library or Reaktor instruments. For all of these, you will need to reinstall.

After the wipe you should be able to click the 3 dots next to each library in Native Access and use Relocate.

Not sure about a way to do it en masse though

You will likely need to reinstall the main programs since the main eve will not be installed and the product not registered. Unsure if you can then locate each expansion instrument or not but if you can, the advice above would do it.

So, I will not loose anything from my NI ? I must just re-download after reinstalling Windows?

As I've said, no need to re-download the Kontakt libraries but all the rest yes you need to re-download and install. You don't loose anything, everything is always accessible in Native Access.
