Upgraded Kontakt 7 Player To Full But Not Showing

I have gone through this site and this seems to be a common problem. I just paid my $99 to upgrade to full Kontakt 7 because I have Komplete 11 so am eligible. When I go to Native Access, it only shows Kontakt 5, Kontakt 6 Player and Kontakt 7 Player. I already went through the steps in another post here and deleted the Native Access XML file and went through all the other steps and restarted my PC and restarted Native Access. Same problem. I read later on in the article that the tech had to manually register the product because, for some reason, Native Access was not. So, can you please do this for me? What information do I have to give you in order for you to do this?
