Traktor sound muffled after installing latest DJM NXS200 firmware

Hi,

I'm running Traktor Pro 2.10.1 60 with Mac OS Big Sur. I installed the latest DJM NSX200 firmware update 4.0.1 yesterday. Connected the DJM with Traktor and everything was running fine.

When I disconnected and ran Traktor on it's own the sound has gone to absolute ******. Like completely muffled. Tracks in iTunes are working great. I connected back to the DJM and sound is really poor.

Any ideas on what might be happening? Much appreciated.

Have you moved the pots after the firmware update the pot values need to be picked up again somehow maybe, so try one chanel and move the pots from one side to the other. Don't use an FX on that channel. If you use internal mixing mode (after disconnecting the DJM) you have to check of course the traktor knobs. So go the signal path through step by step.
