Guitar Rig 6 not working

I recently purchased a Presonus Studio 68c audio interface and now Guitar Rig 6 is not working in Logic Pro 10.7.5. It runs fine on my Intel iMac as a stand alone. And even though there is an audio signal present on the channel in Logic, there is no signal running through Guitar Rig. And guitar tracks already recorded using Guitar Rig 6 are playing back with Guitar Rig processing as well. Guitar Rig was working fine in Logic with my previous interface, a Focusrite Clarett 4-pre, but the 4 pre is unreliable as it doesn't always mount upon starting up my Mac. So I bought a new interface and now Guitar Rig 6 doesn't work with either of them. I have gone through all of the suggested steps in re-installing Guitar Rig, i.e. deleting Guitar Rig from the NI folder, deleting the Guitar Rig 6 plist from preferences and deleting the com.apple.audiounits.cache and then re-installing Guitar Rig. Nothing has worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to the way you describe it, it looks like a Presonus Studio 68c audio interface problem, not Guitar Rig, at first.

Then you bought new device (instead of investigate the Presonus one!) so, most probably some kind of wrong configuration. This is the usual "error", and the solution is to read your device manual and do some experiment with the configuration, not to buy a new device :-)

It will be much more helpful if you post some screenshot of all your settings: Audio device, Logic and Guitar Rig

Guitar Rig 6 is now working properly. I deleted and re-installed it again and it now works. I have no idea why it didn't work after previous re-installations.

@MIckey7 What audio driver/device have you selected in GTR6? In Logic? Have you given full disk access to Guitar RIg and Logic? How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

Have you given access to the microphone as well? Also for Logic and GTR6: macOS Dialog: “*App Name* would like to access the microphone."
