Problem getting ozone standard working ... Got it with komplete

Hello

I try and install ozone standard from native access and it downloads a zip file

I then unzip and install

All good, then open my daw and ozone standard runs as a demo, needing a code to unlock it

Didn't get a code with my komplete purchase

Any ideas ?

Your Komplete purchase has a serial. This serial is for all products you purchase with the Komplete. There is no different code.

Try open you Native Access and click the refresh button, your Ozone should be there.

However it is says "Full Trial" (instead of Demo), this is normal.

Ozone 10 Standard from Komplete 14 Appears in 'Full Trial' Mode

Symptom

Ozone 10 Standard from KOMPLETE 14 appears installed and activated in Native Access 2, but is shown as 'Full Trial' in iZotope's Product Portal.

Cause

The installation and activation of Ozone 10 Standard, purchased as part of KOMPLETE 14, is handled exclusively by Native Access and is independent from Izotope's Product Portal.

Once you install Ozone 10 Standard via Native Access, you will be able to use it as a plug-in in your DAW without any trial restrictions. Its appearance in Product Portal as 'Full Trial' does not affect its functionality as long as it appears as activated in Native Access.

Please note that Ozone 10 Standard is only available in the plug-in formats VST3, AU and AAX (64 bit). VST2 is not supported and there is no standalone application.
