Keyboard controller with pads in Maschine soft (midi assignment)

Hi,

Is it possible to assign a keyboard controller (not from NI) for playing finger drumming ?

I tried with Novation Launchkey Mini mk3 and Arturia MiniLab without success.

The pads are playing like keys : just one sample pitch on the notes. I would like they play each battery elements affected on each PAD. I don't see any option to switch between keyboard / PAD mode like the Maschine MK3.

I would also like to assign the transport buttons. But I can't find a learning function.

May be it's not possible without using official NI Maschine controller.

it is possible to use midi keyboards for finger drumming...

tick your input midi device(keyboard) in preferences...

on the middle panel, select inputs on the group/sound... and see that your device is selected
