Headphone Port on Traktor S2

I've had my Traktor S2 MK3 for under a year.

I've noticed that i'm having to wiggle the port to get the right hand channel to come out at the expected volume. It's not all the time but more often that I would like.

The build quality seems a little poor on the headphone port. Anyone else having similar problems?

I would imagine that this would be covered under a warranty repair as it's under 1 year old.

Anybody have any advice on what I could look into to resolve?
