I purchased Komplete 14 Collectors Edition but it won't register via Native Access. As a result, everything in the bundle loads as a demo. How can I change this?
Well , that error kind of suggests that what you have bought is an upgrade for something.
So , again , if you bought an upgrade to something do you see the 'base' product on your account , and sorry I have to ask ! : are you logged into the correct account ?

Have you tried restarting your PC ? and then the Native Access app ?
Are you using newest version of Native Access ?

Thanks! I have done all of the above-I'm actually running through a Mac Mini with M1 chip instead of a PC. Nothing has worked. When I attempt to add the serial, Native Access says "your account is missing the base product for this serial". I'm sure I didn't read on how to properly load my software and hardware and I've tried to uninstall Komplete and Maschine Select but nothing is working.
