(Midi mode) If you put the note pads in toggle mode and switch to another pad-page what happens?

I was looking into a maschine mk3 to use it mostly for pad fx not drumming, and i was wondering if you put the drumpad-notes to toggle while in midi mode, if i toggle a note on pad page 1 then switch to page 2, will it keep playing the toggled note of pad 1? and if i go back to page 1 after that will it show which one is being played?

the answer to your titled question... about what happens

the pad in theory should remain lit & the action for which it is assigned to remains in its toggled state... however if you press a midi button on another pad-page that is equivalent to the Channel and note value, then it can change both the LED state and the corresponding action its assigned too
