Why has Maschine 2 gave me a demo version?

I purchased Maschine 2 only to get given a demo version, which does not work with my DAW and does not display all functions/a full screen. HELP!

@Bayley22 Unfortunately you can't get the Maschine software without a NI hardware device. This is why it shows as demo. I believe you got a refund for this.

It’s an error, probably of Native Access. You should have full software, they didn’t give you a demo
