M32 Keyboard does not light up

Hello,

I used my M32 keyboard last night and it worked properly when I shut down my computer. This morning however it doesn't work as the computer doesn't recognize it at all and the device itself doesn't light up / doesn't power up.

I've tried different USB cables, ports and computers, but the keyboard doesn't work on any. All software is up to date btw.

Any help with this? It sounds like it's busted and I'm slowly losing faith here.

If it doesn't light up at all and it's the same on another computer, this is most probably a hardware failure and you should get in touch with our Hardware Department here: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

Unluckily many reports of things suddenly stopping to work without any changes being done are arising.

Did You try anyway to reinstall its drivers (even if you didn’t touch them from last night)?

Thank you for answering! Yes, I have tried updating Komplete Kontrol - M Series drivers and still no results.

I’m sorry. And the fact that it’s not working on different computers and it’s not even lighting up are not good signs…
