Heavyocity

I bought instruments (Damage2, Vocalise3) from the heavyocity site, but I can't find it in Native Access. I've followed all the installation instructions, but I'm still getting this error. Heavyocity is not included in the Vendors list in Native Access either.

There are some (many) hiccups with NA right now. This could be the cause
