ReChord or different tool for rearranging MIDI notes according to played chords

Would like using the ReChord VST tool (https://www.rechord-vst.com/) for musical (MIDI) tracks or a built in tool in Maschine (that does not exist yet, as far as I know?) for rearranging musical patterns or phrases in order to make them fit to a played chord. Kind of like it is possible with Arranger keyboards that have styles and a accompaniment function. Could this become possible in Maschine too with the help of this plugin or another tool inside Maschine that can recognize played or recorded chords out of the DAW and change the melodies, melodic patterns played?

So far it is not possible inserting this plugin as a MIDI insert for melodic groups. Do I see that right???
