Problems with Kontakt 7 (orchestra instruments)

Hello,

I just recently bought the full version of Kontakt 7 and am missing the Orchestra library that's supposed to come with it. Please tell me how to find and download it. I have already tried logging out and back in and refreshing the Native Access interface.

Did you install Kontakt Factory Library 2? Once installed, you should find all from the factory library under the 'Kontakt' instrument shown in the browser. There is no separate Orchestral instrument displayed in the visual browser, but if you select the 'Kontakt' instrument, the list of presets that appears on the right has a bank selector. Choose Orchestral and you'll see all the orchestral instruments.

Some other users are reporting missing parts in K7 factory library. Do you see a “nul” stated somewhere?

If there was one where would I see it? I currently don't see one anywhere unless it's appearing somewhere I haven't looked.

Ooooh! They make it seem in the videos like it's all one library of instruments in a single instrument interface. Now I get it! Thank you!

Hello.

I have downloaded every part of kontakt 7 including "Kontakt Factory Selection 2" however when i click on the kontakt instriment and go to Banks there is no Orchestral option and ive searched the whole of that instriment and theres no sign of any Orchestral instriments! Could anyone be of help?
