Knob Kontrol X1 Mk2

Hi guys,

I have a Kontrol X1 Mk2, with little use, I've had it stopped for about 4 months inside the case, now when I take it out I realize that there is a Knob that is really hard, before it was fine like the others, why is it this? Is there anything I can do? since the touch is quite uncomfortable.

    Try pulling it up very carefully. Sounds like it might be fouling on the face plate.

    I already did it, carefully remove the cover, but it looks like something from the potentiometer, like something from the interior grease
