Yesterday I bought Komplete 14 Standard, but in Access it´s missing BX_Crispytuner, BX_Oberhausen and LO-FI-AF. What´s wrong here?
They should send you a separate email titled “Your additional KOMPLETE products” with the registration code for those
Thanks a lot . It´s done now...
You’re welcome
Do you know if additional Plugin Alliance code was included in Komplete 13 Ultimate CE? I've since upgraded to K14Ultimate CE and followed the additional Plugin Alliance - got everything installed, but wondering if I missed anything last year. Though if everything carried over to K14 Ultimate CE it probably doesn't matter.
@BigPictureSound You didn't miss anything. The addition of Plugin Alliance products was something that got introduced in Komplete 14.
Monochrome already answered you.
In any case I would have told you “No, you didn’t miss anything” just to avoid you feeling bad ☺️
Bx crispy tuner works inside Maschine software or it works as stand alone? It also works on Maschine plus standalone?
Hi I have the same problem buy upgrade from select to komplete 14 standard and can't see BX_Crispytuner, BX_Oberhausen and LO-FI-AF in Komplete 14 Standard on my native access what can I do?
It's a plugin so should appear in the VST effects in Maschine. Not sure about Machine+ sorry

You should get serial number for the Plugin Alliance software and you use those to download and register the software on The Best Black Friday deals for Music Plugins - Plugin Alliance (plugin-alliance.com)
This still doesn't work. I have had tickets open for three weeks now trying to get the products that I purchased.
I have the same issue I'm missing BX_Crispytuner, BX_Oberhausen and LO-FI-AF in Komplete 14 Standard. Anyone knows what I can do exactly? I haven't received any additional email regarding these, there may be even more I am missing but I am certain these three are missing.
Log into your NI account on NI site. Navigate to „My products and serials“, scroll down to the bottom there you should find a serial number. Use this and redeem it over on Plugin Alliance.
