I am getting ready to buy K14 Ultimate CE. I have already purchased the machine expansion packs that are included. Can I sell the ones that I already purchased before buying k14? It seems like a waste.
You can transfer them after purchasing K14 collectors. Collectors will appear as a single entry, while the expansions you purchased singularly before will appear one by one
Go and check in NI site under your account, My products and Serials, Transfer a license. There you will see which products can be transferred
If they are standalone licenses (not part of a bundle) you can sell them like any other product, just depends if anyone is interested to buy.

You can transfer them either before or after, they should appear as separate products since the bundled products will appear as part of a bundle on your account, just check the account page on the NI site
