I can use native instruments from the macbook ssd and at the same time use an external ssd
to use a library on the mac and another library on the external ssd in Kontact

I can't understand what you mean, do you mean you want to use 3 different SSD drives for libraries?
Yes you can, as long as you add the paths in the instrument options

If you meant, whether you may install NI SW on more discs (internal and/or external), than yes, it is possible.
I am sure, it is possible on two discs as I have it so on three computers. But I do not see any reason it could not be on even more discs...
