New computer who dis - So I just bought Komplete 14Ultimate

I go to native access 2

Cant see anything to download / updates says I'm up to date - but i haven't downloaded anything yet

If i go to library - i see dozens of things available to download individually

Cant i just download all the komplete ultimate package at once?

You should indeed see all of your available, not yet installed products under 'Library'. There, you can download and install each product individually by clicking on the 'Install' button next to it. Or, you can do it all at once by clicking on the 'Install All' button.
