Traktor Z2 Freeze while mixing

Hi, I suffered this issue 2 times: one before last Traktor update and the last, yesterday, runnning the last version of Traktor Pro 3. The thing is during the mix, past 10 minutes from start, Z2 mixer freeze and it doesn't respond to any knob or fader movement. The funniest thing is Traktor Pro 3 is still running and the mixer is connected and is being recognized from Traktor. If I restart the mixer it works again.

Anyone has suffered the same problem?

I've runned the NI diagnosis and everything looks fine.

Device Manager➔USB Controller➔ every single entry (double click)➔energy managment➔uncheck box that says 'can switch off device to save energy'.

USB connection maybe? There is trouble to be had, especially on a new system, since the default for notebooks and such is to save power when the system decides it is a good idea. That can be turned off manually.

I have the Pc in high performance mode and no suspension. Do you know any setting related to USB saving energy?

I'm getting the same issue.

I'll have to go back and check but I'm sure I've done all the usual Best Practives for audio performance.

Update:

USB Selective Suspend Setting while Plugged In was enabled.

I have disabled it and followed the steps in the link provided.

I'll confirm if that resolves the issue later, thanks.

Running traktor now for a few hours with no freezing. Can confirm these settings resolved the issue.
