I can't download the library called 'Konkart Factory Selection'; it's not detecting the library folder. I tried searching for it, but I can't find it (I'm a Windows 10 user).
Start Native Access and go to Preferences > File Management to see where is your Content Location.
A good chance is to be at your public documents at C:\Users\Public\Documents\ or C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments unless if you installed it somewhere else.
