in demo version the cable usb cable is working but in full traktor pro 3 version dont work my s3 controller i need help please

When you use the full version of traktor, the controller does not work?
i have traktor pro3 full on my mac high siera but whwn i conect the controller s3 do nothing .. but when i remove afor demo 3ominuts he works
check for outputting rooting
but the same traktor pro 3 full works on my omether contoller traktor s2 mk1 works normally
