Problem with installing Komplete control
Good morning,
The latest 2.9.4 update is normally saved on my pc, but since yesterday the installation has not been successful.
The file is only 175 MB and so far it only took a few minutes. at this stage I will not be able to record other instruments since it remains in perpetual insylation.
I however uninstall Native access and recover the file on the Native site, passed the cleaner software but nothing does the installation program does not stop.
I would like to find the file that must be corrupted to be able to reinstall it again, there I am really stuck.

Hello Jeremy, finally some good news.
Either it was the support that modified an element (but I got no message), or the fact that I uninstalled native access, restarted then the installation as administrator.
Regardless, it works now. I can enjoy IRISH HARP.
I also think to take advantage at the beginning of July since the promotion ends on the 6th to invest in Komplete 14 standard.

Hello and thank you Jeremy,
I just used the link and program; the installation is still operational and the program is downright blocked.
If only I had the location of Komplete kontrol I could try to move it, for the instruments no problem.
I contacted support yesterday but they must be busy.
I continue my research.

Jeremy I was able to unlock my problem.
I installed native access on another pc.
I managed to copy the komplete kontrol zip file, recover the missing files in the existing folders.
Then as that does not solve the problem I decompressed,
use the executable file on the other pc, it works for the program, but Native access is still milling for this one.
I don't know where the file that saves the installation is located because I can't install Irish Harp.
