How do I get my free software with purchase of S88?

I purchased the Komplete S88 keyboard with the promise of Komplete 14 Standard included. Registered my keyboard as instructed but cannot see the software in my account or on Native Access?

Any suggestions?

    @Hadge Hughes There were delays in deployment of supplements. It should be fine by now. Did you get them available in Native Access ?

    same issue with me.

    (also the free irish harp is said to be found in NA under "available" after activating - but it is also not visible)

    So, coincidentally I received an email today with the serial numbers for the software included with the bundle plus a £22 voucher. Also included is a shedload of stuff from Plugin Alliance I didn't realise would be part of the bundle. So, overall, pretty impressed. (No Irish Harp yet though)

    @golo The issue is not really the same since it does not concern a keyboard and it's supplements. Given the number of people wanting to get the free Irish Harp product and the fact we're in the middle of a sales special, delays can be expected but should not be more than a few hours.

    @Jeremy_NI Hi, thanks, yes. Once I had added the serial numbers in the email sent today they all turned up in Native Access 👍️

    Just trying to activate the Plugin Alliance bundle that also came with the S88 purchase now - not an issue with NI but the plugins are refusing to activate saying that I don't have a license - I've emailed PA support so hopefully, they'll be up and running soon.
