Hi, dumb question. I'm not much of a synth programmer. I have a bass patch that I really like in Monark but it is oscillating and driving me nuts. How do I stop it oscillating without losing the sound?
The settings that you can try adjusting are res (obviously) and contour, as well as the filter envelope. I suggest trying small changes and seeing what enables you to get the best balance between reduced res and maintaining the sound you want. You could also try flipping to the back panel and changing the filter response between linear and MM.
