Technical support for NI Maschine Studio and NI Kontrol S8 products

Hello,

I would like to get information from you regarding Native Instruments technical support for Hardware products that are discontinued.

I am a user of NI Maschine Studio and NI Kontrol S8. Is there still technical support and service for these products? I am mainly concerned with spare parts for these products e.g. display, pads.... Maybe a shop address....

I would be extremely grateful for your information.

@Markus Veans We still offer repair services for some discontinued devices, including Maschine Studio and S8 MK1, they are not yet part of the End of Service products: End of Service for Discontinued NI Hardware
