Is there any way of deleting or re-installing?

Have you tried deleting the expansion folder and reinstalling it with Native Access ?

Thanks, when checking add/remove on my win11, I only get:
Native Access
Native Instruments Massive
Native Instruments NTKDaemon
When I run the tool, I get:
Massive
NTKDaemon
I don't get any options of removing/fixing "Backyard Jams".

In your content location is the backyard jams folder in there?
If it is try to renamed the backyard jams folder to backyard jams.sav (i did it for this test, after that i rename it and can proceed using it) as in the picture below. After a rescan or restart from / in NA2 you should get the repair / reinstall option as shown below.
