Can't GR5 on my Mac

Can't get pass Activate window. I'm on a M1 laptop 32gig using DP11. I'm using GR5 as a plug in, but still have the same issue in stand alone mode too.

I've done the following:

Downloaded Native Access app for M1/M2.

Dowloaded GR5

Entered my Serial number in Native Access on the + Add Serial section. Get the notification that GR5 is successfully registered.

Open GR5 pro and get the message that I need to activate it, when i hit the button I get the message "service Center can not be found. Please run the product installer again."

GR5pro will only work in Demo mode for me!

I've tried trashing everything and reinstalling, but to no avail. I"m sure I'm overlooking something, but I'm at my wits end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guitar Rig 5 is not officially compatible with M1 systems, or with macOS 11 or higher.

However, it may be possible to get it up and running by following the steps in this guide:

GUITAR RIG 5, KONTAKT and SUPER 8 R2 Open as Demo Versions on Apple Silicon / M-Systems

If the initial steps don't work, be sure to also try the workaround near the bottom of the page.
