I bought a Traktor Kontrol S2 two days ago, and I’ve been trying to reach the costumer support and they didn’t answer. My order has two days under review and I have no idea when my product will arrive.
NI's staff doesn't work on weekends, which may result in a delay in response. As inconvenient as it is, I would wait a few more days. I'm sure you'll get a reply soon enough.
If you provide your ticket ID, then maybe @Jeremy_NI or @Rich_NI can escalate your ticket further, should you not hear back from support at all. Just don't open a new one.
