Does anyone among you know how to change the root note from the MK3 controller?

Exactly.

You don’t even need to do it with the mouse in the piano roll.

On MK3, once you press KEYBOARD and you are in the scale page, the 4 last top buttons allows you to move octaves and semitones. If you use the SEMITONE -/+ buttons, you’ll change the root note

Enable the scale mode and you will find the option there
