    Hi @JOAODUARTE

    We have been experiencing some issues on the backend today with our authentication system.

    I was just told that the issue should now be resolved.

    Please restart your computer (as this will generate a new auth0 token for NA), then try logging in to Native Access again.

    Are you now able to log in as expected?

    Neither can I. Cannot login to their website either. It looks like their backend authentication service has failed with a "Global Rate Limit Exceeded" error message. It's a problem they need to solve.
